Return Policy

Refunds/Cancellations

All deposits and amounts paid are not refundable.

Absence Policy

Participation in our seminars requires careful preparation and commitment from both organizers and participants. For this reason, we have the following absence policy:

Losing your deposit

If a participant decides not to attend the seminar and does not notify the organizers of his/her absence, the deposit paid will not be refunded.

Transfer of Deposit to another seminar

Transfer of the deposit to another upcoming seminar is possible only in cases of force majeure, which must be documented by the participant. We recognize as cases of force majeure emergency events that prevent participation, such as serious illness or natural disaster.

Notification of absence

If a participant notifies the organizers of an absence less than 30 days prior to the start of the seminar, the full registration fee must be paid. However, they reserve the right to transfer their participation to another person who has not already paid a deposit for that seminar.

Seminar Changes

We reserve the right to make changes to the dates, times, locations or presenters of our seminars due to unmanageable or other unavoidable circumstances. In the event of a change, we will attempt to inform participants in a timely manner and offer alternatives.
