Welcome to our website and thank you for your interest in participating in our seminars. Before proceeding to purchase a participation ticket, please read the following terms and conditions carefully:
Ticket Purchase
To secure your place in our seminars, a deposit is required at the time of registration through our website. The amount of the deposit will be determined per seminar and will be stated in the description of each seminar. The remaining amount must be paid either in cash or by card on the day of the seminar, prior to the start of the seminar.
The deposit paid is non-refundable unless the organizer or the instructor cancels the seminar. In case of cancellation on our part, the deposit will be fully refunded to the participants.
Please note that registrations are considered binding after payment of the deposit. In case a participant decides to cancel his/her participation, the deposit will not be refunded, except in the cases mentioned above.
Registration and attendance procedure:
In order to facilitate the organization and smooth running of the seminar, we will send all registered participants the detailed program of the seminar at least one month before the scheduled date of the seminar. The program will include all necessary information, including the attendance times, duration, location, and any other relevant instructions.
We stress the importance of the participants’ timely arrival, as this will ensure the smooth start and conduct of the seminar. It is essential that all participants should have paid the balance of their participation before the start of the seminar. Information on payment methods and the repayment procedure will also be provided together with the seminar program.
We encourage participants to be aware of the schedule and plan their arrival accordingly to avoid any delays that could affect the smooth start and progress of the seminar. Early arrival is crucial to settle any last minute details, as well as to prepare participants before the start of the training process.
Registration and attendance procedures will be conducted with the support of our team, who will be available to answer questions and provide assistance to ensure that the seminar experience is as smooth and enjoyable as possible for everyone.
In addition, as paid attendance is a prerequisite for attending the seminar, we recommend that all participants proceed with payment of the balance as instructed. The smooth processing of financial obligations is fundamental to ensure your place on the seminar and to avoid any unpleasant surprises on the day of the event.
We look forward to welcoming you and sharing together an experience full of learning, inspiration and creativity. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding regarding registration and attendance procedures.
Preparation instructions
To ensure effective participation and learning in the practical session of our seminars, participants are required to bring their own model for the practical application exercises. In addition, we expect participants to bring their own products and tools to be used during the workshop.
Detailed lists of the required products and tools, as well as any specific instructions for finding or selecting a model, will be sent by the organizers via email to each registered participant at least one month before the start of the seminar. Please pay attention to the details of these instructions and make sure you are fully prepared for the practice session, as your participation and progress in the workshop may be affected by lack of necessary materials or tools.
We are confident that your preparation will make a significant contribution to your experience and learning
